Can't sign up for PaypPal Cash Card ( Debit Mastercard)

Does anyone know why every time i click on the link to get the Cash card it says " We cannot update your account" every time.

Try accessing the sign up page from a desktop browser if you haven't already. You could try calling PayPal and asking if there is anything they can do. You can also try signing up for the PayPal Prepaid card. The Prepaid card does have a monthly fee, but there is no cost to sign up.

There is also the PayPal Venmo debit card. Venmo has a waiting list for debit card signup requests so it may take some time to receive the card. Here is the PayPal Venmo debit card link.
