Can't redeem my money

I purchased a gift card from https://egiftcards24.com/ and i can't redeem it. It sends me to and old-looking paypal cgibin site and it wants me to log in. After logging in, i just get redirected to My Paypal, with 0 USD.

If you have not received the digital item that you purchased, I would recommend reaching out directly to the merchant to report the issue.
