Can’t do a Paypal.me link

Please help me,I tried several times to get a PayPal.me link but in the end it doesn’t allow me to do it and opens a sign saying “our application is experiencing an issue.Please try it later. I tried again 24 hours later but it still doesn’t work

Others posting with the same issue, must be a paypal techie glitch at the moment with it.
