I've been stuck with this problem for a month. I can't ship product to customers that they've paid me for (over 100) because every time I select one or more orders in multi-order shipping and try to purchase a tag I just get the same error over and over again: Something went wrong. Please try again!
I'm about ready to cancel all the orders and take care of customers another way. I've called paypal repeatedly, nobody understand what to do. I've got a ticket open with MTS but all they can do is ask me to enable ordering through paypal again - which I'm not about to do as I already have too many orders I can't get to customers already. I'm really fed up with this situation and the lack of progress.
