I bought a PayPal prepaid MasterCard for my son and I put $50 on it. He got the card but can not activate it, it keeps saying more information needed. I don't understand why? I have also had the same problems when I ordered him a prepaid card and he can't activate it and when we try to get ahold of customer service, we can't. I am seriously considering closing my PayPal account.
