I've been a PayPal user for well over 10 years and I've always had a paypal cash card. When it went out of service a few years ago, I had the option of having a new one sent to me, which I did. But now it's expired and I was looking for help and it said "apply for a new cash card" but when I clicked the link it said that it could't get me a new cash card. I don't understand? Do they still have them? If so, how do I apply for one? I'm on hold with the activation team and they said my wait time is going to be 1 hour and 1 minute up to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
