For several Days I can not use my Debit Card, it is rejected in all Machines , it expires in Oct 2018 , I asked Pay Pal but they send me a pre ceorded answer by Emay. I am 85 years old, I can not hear so using the phone is out. why does Pay pal not resolve my issue, this is the 4th time I asked them for help. Please anyone can help me?
Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
