Can not print shipping labels. Receive error message when I try.

In the past I have been able to print shipping labels from PayPal just fine. This time when I click on "Confirm and Pay" I get this error message,

"Unable to print the requested label at this time. The following error occurred.

Sorry, we’re unable to generate your label right now. Your account was not charged. Please try again later. ERRORCODE Try again"

Any suggestions? This has been happening for 2 days now.
