Hello Someone I am not that close to or know much about on the internet except business things seems like they are potentially in danger. I am trying a lot of other things right now, but I know PayPal often has billing addresses saved to people or shipping addresses, if the awkward experience of having a random stranger know my full name and location when I bought something has told me anything. I was wondering if there was a way for them to contact authorities for a person? I know it is unlikely but it doesn’t hurt to ask. I apologize if this is in the wrong board or place.
