Hi there! I have a paypal cash plus card, and I noticed there was an account and routing number for my account as well. Is that only for direct deposit? Or am I able to use that account and routing number to pay bills such as a credit card or utility? I have tried using it for a credit card bill but it got returned and I had enough money in my balance.
