Hi,
I just tried using my Business Debit card for the first time and it was rejected. I also got an email stating "Your PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® transaction was declined [...] Unfortunately, when you tried to complete the transaction, the balance1 in your account with PayPal was too low to cover it"
I have funds in my PayPal account, but they're in USD and I'm in Europe. Does this mean I have to transfer the funds to an EUR wallet before using them? If so, I don't see the point of having the card, in my case.
