Somebody want to buy something from me they paid extra for delivery and they want me to go to bitcoin what's the deal

The deal is that its a scam or you are being scammed. PayPal does not ask you to use another type of currency, buy a gift card, pay money to a third party payment processor, send money to a courier in order to see your money.
No real buyer pays you extra. They always want to pay less if they can get away with it. Don't need a buyer to tell me that they'll "pay extra for shipping", like no kidding, of course, as seller, shipping is charged if shipping is required.
