Paypal say they will refund postage costs of if approved (max 12 within a year upto £15 each)....
I submitted a request and was approved email dated 7th March:
We're pleased to inform you that your request for a refund of £4.45 for your return shipping costs will be deposited directly in your PayPal account balance within 5 working days from today.
A maximum of 12 requests are allowed per person during this calendar year.
It is now 10th April over a month on and after 2 messages to paypal no refund and totalling ignoring my query, seems more of a drive for sales to keep their customers happy and a total disregard to the buyers.
