I attempted to make a $300 purchase on best buy using the 4 installment payment method and was charged for the amount that would be the amount for the next 3 payments and now it say pending and has been declined but my card was charged, best buy never received my order, and now PayPal won't let me dispute it. I can't get a human on the phone to speak about it, now I'm left with a $80 charge and no way of getting it back. PayPal has to do better and have actual humans disputing people things because i'm highly frustrated ! never again !
