This is my first message to everyone and I'm apologizing in advance for my stupid questions. I'm no genius with technology in general, so thanks for your time. I just linked and started pool account. I'm told that a verification code has been sent to my bank account. But I don't have access to it on line. How do I get it and is the pool account active til I get it?? 2nd question is. .. I'm asked to set up a direct debit. . But what for? I'm raising money but should someone need help, I'll send what I can, but I don't know who or when, so why a direct debit is necessary is beyond me! Not difficult. Hs! If anyone can help me, I'd really appreciate it! Please let me know. Thanks again for your time. XXXX
