Bad Request error when accessing PayPal Mastercard

I can't access payment history or make a payment to my PayPal Mastercard account (Syncrony) from my PayPal page. I get a "Bad Request" error everytime. This happens on both my home computers, but I can access it from my phone. Recently my Dillons store charged $50 to my PayPal MC to reload a store card, which did not happen. Would help if I could somehow print the list of charges to show them so they will process a refund to my PayPal card. I can't do that from what I can see of the activity on my phone.

Go to your browser settings and delete any cookies for the domain syf.com, especially paypal.syf.com.

Put your browser in Incognito mode and it'll work just fine. (Deleting cookies worked for me as well, but the problem keeps happening so I just use incognito mode)
