App crashes with check cashing

I have been able to get two checks through on this service but now it crashes repeatedly. 

I can even get to the final step then it kicks up an error saying the image was invalid or some such thing.

It then crashes back to the sign in page.

I know it’s old. But my tax return got messed up and I can’t get Ingo to fix it right now. It’s only like $50 but it’s money I need right now. Corona got me fudged. Haha. I wrote void and went to submit the image and the app crashed. And now my check says void and PayPal won’t let me enter it. Help!!
