Am I allowed to use a cosigner to get Pay Pal credit account started

I'm trying to rebuild my credit, so when I seen the limited amount PayPal has set to start with I thought maybe they would give me a chance. I've been with PayPal for a while now. I have PayPal set up to where the money comes directly out of my bank account. That's my preferred way. My mom asked if a cosigner would help, I said I didn't know. That's why I came to everyone here. Any information would greatly be appreciated. Thank you

This wouldn't work because PayPal Credit gets issued to the name on your PayPal account and I believe PayPal allows only one name on a personal account.

If you want a PayPal product and a family member has their own PayPal account and a PayPal credit card, they could add you as an authorized user if you don't qualify for the card yourself. This authorized user account might not report on your credit report so you would want to ask the issuer. Also, the authorized user card might not be able to be added to your PayPal account if it has the same card number as the main account holders card.

Here is the PayPal link for one of their credit cards.

Also, PayPal does have debit cards. This isn't credit but I'll mention it anyway.
