I used multi-shipping to print a label for a 2 oz 9x7 envelope. Paid the $3.35 and mailed the package. Now a get a message that I am locked out of multi-shipping until I pay an additional $10.40. I have checked the PayPal record and it clearly shows I paid the correct amount. I have sent 100s of the same packages without a problem. Does anyone have a solution, since I can't seem to get hold of anyone at PayPal?
