Accessing wallet/offer

I want to use my $10 off offer from my wallet and when I checkout on a merchant website, I cannot access the wallet tab.

can anyone assist

Thanks for reaching out. If you have an offer or credit, you should have the option to apply it during check out. Depending on the type of account you have, you can check your 'Wallet' section on a personal account for any incentives or if you have a business account, you can download the PayPal application to check your 'Offers' section.
