ACCOUNT TO ACCOUNT TRANSFER

MY BROTHER AND I BOTH HAVE A BASIC PERSONAL PAYPAL ACCOUNT. I HAVE A PAYPAL DEBIT CARD THAT IS ACTIVATED. CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY ACCOUNT. MY BROTHER CALLS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TELL HIM THERE IS A (( SECURITY ISSUE )) SO HE ASKED  WHERE AND HOW DO I FIX IT.  THEY SAID THEY ((( COULD NOT TELL HIM))   SO HOW THE   F^%$##   ARE WE SUPPOSED TO  USE PAYPAL TO  SEND FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS MONEY IF  THE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR PAYPAL WONT TELL US  WHERE THE PROBLEM IS AND HOW TO FIX IT !!!!  HE WANTS TO SEND ME MONEY USING MY EMAIL ASSOCIATED WITH  MY ACCOUNT  AS INSTRUCTED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT ((( CANT ))) !!!!!  A MESSAGE SAYS  CANNOT FIND EMAIL.  UNABLE TO COMPLETE PAYMENT .  (((( WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS !!! ))))  (((( WE DONT WORK FOR PAYPAL !!!! ))))   (((( WE DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM !!!!!!!))))   THE PEOPLE  WORKING FOR PAYPAL(( INCLUDING A MANAGER)) WERE UNABLE TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM!!!!!!  THE VILLAGE IDIOT AND THE TOWN DRUNK   PRODUCED  CHILDREN THOSE CHILDREN WERE HIRED  BY PAYPAL TO BE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS !!!!!!!!  EVEN THE MANAGER I SPOKE WITH HAD NO CLUE WHAT TO DO !!!!!   BIG THANKS  TO PAYPAL EMPLOYEES AND A SPECIAL THANKS TO **bleep** MANAGER I SPOKE WITH !!!!!

I am sorry to hear your brother was not informed of how to correct the issue on his PayPal account. From your messages, it sounds like your account has been limited. When an account is limited, this can be due to security reasons or to request additional information. Generally, the relevant team always lists the steps to remove the limitation in the Resolution Centre. Have you seen/completed them?
