ACCESS TO PAYPAL MASTERCARD AND PAYPAL CREDIT IS NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE

When I access PayPal I have trouble accessing PP Mastercard & PP Credit. Sometimes they are there and frequently not. Also I cannot find the wallet on the dashboard

On the dashboard, click the 3 dot icon in the Balance tile and click "Go to Money page" which will take you to: https://www.paypal.com/businesswallet/money

 

Or click Pay & Get Paid > Money
