I am an editor, and edit fiction also for a financial magazine. I invoice a client for two jobs I undertook in good faith. I have since discovered that both books were actually plagiarised, and the client, who I will not name at this time, (but if anyone wants to know I will tell you) has not paid the invoices. This morning I had a PayPal email to say he has now cancelled the invoices.
I am so angry. I live in the UK and he is in India. I don't know where I go from here.

Sadly not a lot you can do about it.
You should have invoiced and collected payment before supplying and services or goods.
No one can force a buyer to pay you unfortunately.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
