50% Cashback not received

Still, I didn't receive a 50% cashback in the PayPal wallet. I have purchased it in myntra using the PayPal wallet. but you mentioned in condition after payment cashback gets immediately but still, I don't get it. Purchase Order date 09JAN2020

Did you use a virtual card to pay? They are not eligible for cash back offer. If not, sometimes there can be difficult difficulties.
