hi all, i haven't found a solution to my specific issue so i figured i may as well ask myself: yesterday PayPal had a promotion where certain users got a 5 dollar credit to use on almost any purchase. I used it on an EBay purchase within the allotted time and indicated i would use PayPal to pay for the item. However, my bank is still charging me the full amount of my purchase. What do i do?
