Hi! I received an email offer to download the PayPal app to get $5 credit. I did so, and earlier got an email saying I had received my $5 credit to my account. However, when I checked, there was no credit applied to my account. I've been trying to contact support through the chat, but it's been frustrating to get anyone, much less to resolve my issue. What can I do?
