$10 offer

I received a $10 offer via PayPal. My question being is it a scam? I have tried contacting PayPal through the message service over one hour ago. And have not heard back. Please and thank you for any helpful feedback.

If you are seeing it IN your paypal account then it would be genuine.

Checked my account and nothing. PayPal is still not responding. Tried calling they hung up after selecting a few options. This is ridiculous😠
