$10 credit

Paypal had an offer a week or so ago for a $10 credit. I qualified and have not seen a credit. Anyone know where I can find it ?

My account is in another country but mine states the credit will be applied before end of January 21, not sure if same in your country, go log in to your paypal account and read the terms and conditions of the offer in your paypal account.
