So I tried to activate my prepaid Paypal Mastercard and I already have $20 on there and it won't let me activate it because it says the card is locked or whatever and I have to contact their customer support but no one's answering so I don't know what to do I have $20 on there and I can't use it at all cuz I can't activate it because it's locked I don't know why and I don't know how to fix it so what do I do?
