Yesterday I was at the check out cart to buy something. I clicked on 4 paypal payment options just to look then I changed my mind. I never brought the item. Then I looked on paypal and my bank to see I was charged with pending This is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when Pay in 4 completes your order. I never brought the item with that transaction. Will paypal refund me when it does not go through?. it says on the help area pending authorization will be automatically voided by PayPal within 72 hours of the pre-authorization hold. but am seeing people on here are that not getting their pre authorizations holds dropped from months ago. has this issue ended because am afraid of not getting that money back.
