Hey, so I use paypal for everything. Including phone biill and bills I need to pay. I;ve had to live without my phone bill paid for over a month now because paypal won't let me request a card replacement. I do not see an option like I used to on my summery page and when I look up a replacement and go to the page that way it gives me your typical, "Unable to update your account" error. I'm running low on options here and I'm desperate at this point for answers.
