I have placed an order through paypal using the pay in 4. Transaction was completed on my phone. I have screen shots of the transaction payment plan before it processed. The transaction never processed, it was if it was loading in processing mode and then refreshed back to the payment screen. My bank account shows the payment was deducted and is currently pending. I have not received any confirmation email regarding my order. I am unable to speak with cus ser. I NEED HELP. will the funds reverse? will my order ship still if i have no record the order processed?
