PayPal Glitch March 2021

Did anyone else receive an email today from PayPal regarding a glitch back in March with their top off Debit card transactions not being debited from account?  Says they will debit my account in 3 days.  Why not stop the transactions from 3/4-3/17 rather than allow me to continue using my card? I have the money in my account but seems like along time to take to find out that there was a glitch and only 3 business days to be sure you have the money in that accou nt.

I had the same email. Kind of is out of character for them. I'm thinking of just going to credit karmas banking so that I don't keep having this type of issue.
