I had a PayPal Cashback Mastercard. It was blocked due to possible fraud, post which a new card was issued. The new card account does not show up in my PayPal account. As a result, I am not able to view the card, or pay my bills, or transfer my rewards. How can this be solved.
I called up PayPal 3 times, each time they re-routed me to the Credit Card department, and each time the credit guys could not provide any resolution. This has been going on for 2.5 hours now. 2.5 hours to rightfully trying to get my account information. Don't even know what to say PayPal Cashback World Mastercard
