The pay in 4 option isn't working for me anymore. I made a few purchases with it in the past few weeks. But now when I try it it says "Sorry we can't offer you this payment plan." I checked the message I got from PayPal and the reason being is apparently the service is down and to try again later. I've been trying for the past few days with the same result. Is anyone else having the same problem?
I'm late to the party here but I'm having the same issue as well. I just raised the issue to PayPal support so hopefully I'll have an answer within the next few days. Did you ever get your issue resolved?
