Pay in 4 double charge

I recently split a $270 purchase into a Pay in 4, and upon purchasing I got charged $61 and no update was made for the next payment. The day it was due was SUPPOSED to be covered, as I already did the first payment (this is 1 day after). It said it was due very soon, so I had to buy again so I wouldn't pay extra. It finally decided to update 2 days after and it now shows 2/4. I didn't want to cover 2 payments in 2 days. Please fix this.

you can open a case with PayPal to do this go onto recent activity/transactions click on the transaction that is the scammed money and press report problem, this sends the seller a message to say you have a problem with the item, if the seller doesn't respond you can escalate it (after a couple of days ) to Paypal and they will hopefully resolve the issue from there.
