Pay in 3 payment taken from my bank but no confirmation or history on my pay pal or with the brand itself. how can I claim the money back? Spoken directly to the brand and there is no financial evidence or order evidence and there is nothing on my PayPal account. I have screenshot the statement from my account to save if PayPal investigate but I have no idea where to start
