Pay In 3 not showing

Hi,

I’ve been using the pay in 3 plan for 8 of my recent purchases, with only 1/3 of my last plan to pay.

When trying to purchase something new the option isn’t showing.

Is there a certain amount of times I can use pay in 3, I have a good record of paying it off.
