STILL unable to open either PP MasterCard OR PP Credit accounts for payment purposes. ERROR MESSAGES ON BOTH FOR THE PAST 36 HOURS. WHAT IS GOING ON???
I PHONED CUSTOMER SERVICE YESTERDAY AND WAS TOLD THAT THE PROBLEM IS ON PAYPAL'S END.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
