I'm trying to get Mass Payments activated so that I can pay to my 100+ affiliates in single go. I applied to enable Payout API for my account (which is verified and everything) but haven't heard back from anyone from Paypal. There is no way to contact Paypal support. Most of the times no one is available to chat from Paypal.
