As per the notification from Paypal - https://www.paypal.com/in/webapps/mpp/firc-certificate It mentions that starting from February 2021, FIRC documents are automatically generated; however, I cant see any. When I reached to a chat support person, they mentioned that I need to manually request for one through Citi bank. Can someone help to clear this confusion?
