We do occasionally send vouchers by email. However, to double-check if the email was from us, I recommend visiting this Help Center article: How to spot fraudulent emails? The article also includes information on how you can report the email if we did not send it to you. If you clicked on any links within a fake email, I recommend resetting your password and security questions right away.
