I ordered an IPad through the Apple store website and checked out in Paypal and chose the option pay in 4. I made my first payment and signed the agreement. Today I received a notification from the bank that my payment was cancelled. I checked my balance and I had sufficient funds. I then checked my pay in 4 and it says no payment has been made and is pending. What could be the issue if I got approved and signed the agreement?
