Can't find the money in my account? help!

so I created a money pool and had someone donate to me ten dollars.

I collected it, a verification prompt appeared and I had to verify my street and so on but there was a button on the bottom that said 'not now'

so I clicked it.

my wallet does not have a balance.

it doesn't say 0.00

all it says is my linked debit card.

so now I'm just staring at the transaction history looking at the ten dollars I could be spending but can't.

I know its not there because when I attempt to purchase anything it declines it.

In general, when you collect money through a Money Pools, the funds will go towards your Money Pool balance. Here is more information.
