zettle go and iphone

Hi Im hoping someone can help, im in the UK, and zettle go is availble to accept payments on my iphone instead of using the card reader, the problem I am having is setting up the Zettle go app to accept these payment, it should ask me to input my apple id and password within the zettle app, but its not and I get an error when trying to take payment via my iphone, has anyone else had this problem and resolved it. any help o n this would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome! Thank you for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some road-blocks setting up and accepting payments through your Zettle go app. Just to double-check, are you inputting your Apple ID login info or your PayPal login info? Based on this Help Center article, it looks like you should be using your PayPal login info. Here are a few other articles you may find useful as well:
