I won £25 on paypal xmas comp. i used it as part payment but then the payment was cancelled as items were out of stock. i have ordered something else but the £25 win has disappeared, can i retrieve it?
Welcome the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear a recent payment didn't go as planned. Normally, when a refund is processed with a promotion award attached to it, the award is made available to be used on the next qualifying transaction. You should see it made available on your next checkout after the refund is completed.
