why my Paypal.me doesn't work for my customer.

Hi, i have some trouble with my Paypal.me link. I send the link to my customer but he still can't open it. i use the link for my previous customer and it's work that time. i also send the link to my friend today to check if it's broken but my friend can open it. yaa my friend can open it. i wonder what should i do to make it work ?

Sorry to know that your customer run into some issues while accessing your PayPal.me link. As your friends and other customers can access the link, I suggest you to ask your customer to try some troubleshooting like clearing your cookies, history, cache, etc. from their browser or using a different browser/device to see if this works. If the issue persists, please ask the customer to contact the team by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page to look into this further. Support is also available through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages.
