I talked with a live person on the phone.in which she informed me that I can only receive my new debit card is by the way of a mail box due to security reasons. I've been using a p.o.box for that very reason seeing how no one else has access to it.but yet a person can steal from a mailbox.and here I am being forced to use a mailbox in which it's not mine. To me, that's bad business and bad customer service.
I have no choice but to have one,on account i do business with different businesses here in town.i also do online business as well.in which they require a card number.and the PayPal account I have is the only active account i have.
