where on paypal page is link to paypal mastercard acct

I am unable to find a link to the Synchrony Bank site that has my Paypal mastercard account. There is no link on my Paypal page. How do I get to the credit card account page?

I did call the customer service earlier, and it sounds like they have been having some pretty horrendous technical issues for at least a few days. No clue on how long it will take to resolve.
