Synchrony bank card ripping off customers by showing payment as completed and leaving payment as pending .

I'm sorry to hear that there was a discrepancy in the way that a transaction was displayed. If you are running into a problem like that, please reach out to the customer service number on the back of your card. They will be able to clear up any confusion.
